(LSA) is a full-service architectural firm, certified as a Women-owned Business Enterprise, with expertise in historic preservation, rehabilitation, adaptive use, and new construction in the context of historic settings. Since its founding in 1982, LSA has been committed to restoring and enriching the built environment. The firm’s projects are the result of thorough research and thoughtful problem-solving, intensive principal involvement, and skilled coordination of interdisciplinary teams. LSA is experienced in developing practical solutions that balance programmatic requirements, schedule, available financial resources, and project goals. LSA works with project teams to provide high quality design, incorporating sustainability practices; the firm has LEED accredited professionals on staff.

LSA provides preservation planning and consulting services for many of their clients, including other architects.
